If your kid stops engaging — misses coaching sessions, stops outreach, goes silent — the guarantee pauses. Re-engage, and it picks back up. We're not looking for a reason to stop coaching. We're looking for a reason to keep going until they win.
A note on the terms: We wrote these conditions to be honest, not to give ourselves an excuse to stop. We expect to honor this guarantee zero times — because the program works when the student works. If you feel we haven't held up our end, reach out directly. We'll make it right.
There's one payment due today: your $7,500 up front. Your kid pays nothing — $0 — until they actually land a paid job or a paying client.
Their half comes out of that first paycheck or first client payment — never before. If they haven't landed it by month 12, we don't charge them and we don't stop. We keep coaching for free until they win, and the second $7,500 stays uncollected until they do.
That means half our fee is riding on the result. Our incentive is exactly the same as yours — your kid's win.
